<description>I'm using GMail and I do the 'stars' thing, Tony. And I feel you when you say that you've a lot of stars cause most of us at work do so we're looking towards using company intranet or forums to ease us on some of the email burdens. (But that deserves a post of it's own.)

Best.

<description>I love filters which auto-sort my incoming emails based on my contact list's groups. "Only" issue is that with gmail (or google apps email account) you cannot filter mail based on contact groups... I've created a python script/hack which addresses this problem - check it out at: http://bsteinfeld.com/blog/?p=12

Also I plan to really clean up the script so if you're interested I suggest you periodically check http://bsteinfeld.com. Moreover, help is always appreciated (even if you'd just like to test)!

Nonetheless, nice article Puma!

<description>That's *EXACTLY* the same way I'm organizing my inbox at works, just with different folder names :P (yours are better though).

I stopped using folder to categorize topic after I got used to Windows Desktop Search...</description>

		<description>Heya!
Nice way to empty the inbox, but I'd get confused if I had all mails in one archive. I organize my archive further with different folders, e.g. Money, Friends, Studies
